REGISTRAR OVERVIEW
RegistraR is the easy way for people to enroll on-line for classes and events. A simple form gathers their information and stores it in a database. Your registrant receives immediate enrollment confirmation, including the event's pertinent data (title, time, location, fee, etc.). A PIN code is assigned to the registrant so they may withdraw on-line just as easily as they enrolled. The administrator has an option of receiving email notifications each time someone enrolls or withdraws from an event.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
- Internet or Intranet access.
- Perl CGI scripting capability on your host computer.
- A subdirectory (folder) where web users can edit/delete/create files. On Windows systems,
this may mean giving web users "full control" of this subdirectory.
