Remember the old wall-mounted in/out board by the door, where you moved your marker to indicate whether you were in or out? ...and anyone wanting to know your whereabouts would have to go there and look at the board? This web based IN/OUT board allows staff to update the board while sitting at their desk and it allows anyone connected to your intranet or the internet to quickly see who is in and who is out.

• Board is accessible to anyone on your inter/intranet.
• Each user's name can be linked to another web page, or mailto address.
• Easy personnel editing, through an input table.

• Color coding for "In" and "Out" status.
• Read-only mode for fast loading and non-member viewing.

In/Out Board Options That You Control

• Admin may manually "check everyone out" with a single click.
• Admin may automate a daily "check everyone out" function.
• The title shown at the top of the IN/OUT Board, and at the top of your browser window.
• The background colors of the HTML page and table rows.
• The table border width.
• The time between automatic screen refreshes, or disable auto-refreshes.
• Whether to show the time of day of the last posting on each person's "post" button.
• The number of rows to show between repeated header rows.
• Add your company logo to the top of the IN/OUT Board.
• Whether to allow the users to add/delete/modify user data (this way you can set up a separate IN/OUT Board script with modification capability in a protected area, referencing the same database).
• Optional file locking. This can prevent damage to the database when two or more users access it at the same moment.
• A choice of AM/PM or 24-hour time displays.
• Choice of first or last name sorting.
• Different colors for the rows containing people who are "IN" and "OUT".
• Use your own column titles.
