This form is a sample of our hosted safeFORMS version. It can be fully customized to blend into your site. Our form slides into your existing website just as this one is now. The only difference is, the form data is safely processed through our hosting service.
Our form process:
- Hides your email id(s) from the bots
- Validates that all fields you designate as "required" are filled
- Requires human validation to allow the submit button to work: NO MORE EMPTY FORMS! You can design the validation graphic and can change it out from time-to-time as desired.
- Includes an anti-bot trap to prevent the bots from automatically submitting the form.
- Emails are processed and sent to designated recipients
