When Your Schedule Is an Open Book ...
Make It Easy to Read
Calendars provide customers and staff with valuable information such as:
- Upcoming events
- Office closures
- Vacations schedules
The calendar provides two views: An overview of the month, and a day-by-day detailed view. This detail view includes time and comments information. And, the comments portion may also include hyperlinks to other pages such as maps or forms.
View a sample board.
Details are accessed by clicking on either the day's link to see a complete listing of everything on that day; or clicking on an event to see information relevant to that event.
The calendar can be easily maintained offline using either a spreadsheet or a text editor. When changes are done, simply uploaded the data file.
